The Strong Momma Foundation was started by Cristina Pignataro, a 45 year old mom and breast cancer survivor.  After her battle with cancer in 2023, she realized the hardships in taking care of a family and fighting for your life.  Without being able to work, a significant strain is put on the entire family.  Cristina started this foundation to empower and support other mothers battling cancer by providing emotional, financial, and practical assistance. This foundation is dedicated to easing the many challenges of the cancer journey so moms can focus on their healing while nurturing their families and finding hope for the future.

The Strong Momma Foundation is powered by a passionate team of women dedicated to uplifting, empowering, and supporting moms facing life’s toughest challenges. Led by founder Cristina Pignataro, a breast cancer survivor, mom of twins, and educator, our team brings together heart, strength, and purpose. Each member shares a commitment to providing care, compassion, and community whether through fundraising events, care packages, or empowerment initiatives. Together, we strive to remind every mom that she is not alone.  She is strong, loved, and unstoppable. 💕
